Part 8: The Whole System, and the Invitation

No DIY. DIWT: “Do It With Tommy”. Here’s the whole system, and every way I can help you be seen with it. Part 8 of Be Seen as the Authority You Actually Are.

Well, friends. Here we are. The finale. And you’ll notice the room is green from the very first frame. After last time, when everybody came inside for the identity shift, it didn’t feel right to put the wall back up for the goodbye. So for the finale, we simply never left. Everyone’s still backstage. That’s the spirit of this whole ending.

In this one:

  • The composite truth: why a dialed-in setup is a hundred choices working together, and why it’s so easy to get one piece right and still feel off

  • Where DIY gets stuck, and the delay cost nobody calculates

  • Julie’s story, finished, the one I started all the way back in Part 1, three years of putting it off, undone in one Zoom call

  • The distinction that is my whole business: no DIY. DIWT. Do It With Tommy.

  • Every way we can do this together, laid out plainly, from the Green Room’s guided do-it-yourself path all the way up the mountain to my custom GlamCam Studio work.

  • And the two doors: the audit, and the quick fit call

If you already know you’re ready for the deeper work of GlamCam, you don’t need to wait for anything. The Quick Fit Call is open to everybody: a short decision-making call where I get a quick look at you and your room, and we talk timing, budget, and which level of GlamCam actually fits. You can find the Quick Fit Call button on my GlamCam Studio page.

Just finding this series?

Welcome. Start at the beginning and walk the whole road, and pay attention to which lever is costing you the most, because that’s the one to fix first:

Part 1: The Presence Problem

Part 1: The Presence Problem

Somebody is scrolling past your video right now with the sound off. And in about half a second, before they’ve heard one word you say, they’re deciding whether you’re even worth unmuting. They never got to hear your message. They never got a taste of your brilliance. They just saw what they saw, and they kept going.

Part 2: Lighting

Part 2: Lighting

If I could fix only one thing about the way most people show up on camera, nine times out of ten it would be lighting. It’s the fastest way to go from amateur to polished. It’s usually the most impactful fix of my 5 On-Camera Trust Levers and often the cheapest. But almost nobody has it quite right.

Part 3: Audio

Part 3: Audio

Here’s the one that surprises almost everybody: the most important part of great video isn’t visual at all. It’s your audio. Think about it. If the picture in a movie theater went a little blurry, you’d stay in your seat. If the sound started crackling, you’d be up the aisle looking for somebody to tell in fifteen seconds. That’s not a preference. That’s wiring. And it’s working on your audience every time you hit record.

Part 4: Camera

Part 4: Camera

This is the lever everybody asks me about first and understands the least “What camera should I get, Tommy? Which one do you use?” Just tell me the one to buy. So in this one, instead of answering that question, I put it to the test on camera, on my own face, so you can watch what actually matters and what doesn’t:

Part 5: Background & Set

Part 5: Background & Set

Right now, before you say one word on camera, your room is talking about you. It’s telling people whether you’re established or just getting started. Whether you’re intentional or winging it. The question is not whether your background is saying something. It’s whether you’ve decided what it says.

Part 6: Platform Polish

Part 6: Platform Polish

This whole video is free. Start to finish, everybody, no paywall on this one. And so is everything below: every setting, every click-path, written out. Because this lever is a pile of quick wins, and I want every single one of you to have them.

Part 7: The Identity Shift

Part 7: The Identity Shift

This is the one the whole series was building toward, and I left it wide open on purpose. No paywall. Free for everybody, start to finish. Because this one isn’t about gear. We’re done with gear. This is about what happens in YOU when the way you show up on the outside finally matches who you already are on the inside.

And tell me in the comments:

Which part of this series changed the most for you? And what’s the one lever you’re tackling first? I read and answer every comment, and I’d love this thread to be the series’ guest book.

Why Join The Green Room?

Here’s the honest math from the video, one more time.

Green Room members get the best pricing I offer on everything, every offer you just heard about has a member code waiting inside. So if any of those paths is calling you, the smart-money move is simple: join the room first, then buy anything. The room pays for itself on your first code.

And two of the things in this video live ONLY in the Green Room: the Glam Squad, my small-group install experience that may never be offered publicly at all, and access to book a private On-Camera Presence Audit with me, the diagnostic that tells you exactly where you stand on all five levers and your honest next step, even when that next step costs nothing.

Plus everything the room already is: the full how for all five levers, the gear guides with current links, a growing vault of additional trainings, the live setup clinic every four weeks, and the member chat where you can run things by me between clinics. The do-it-yourself path, with me in your pocket.

THE NEXT LIVE SETUP CLINIC IS TOMORROW!
